The concept of ‘Fly camping’ is where visitors to the bush experience the early days of safaris before the 4X4 vehicles were around. It is generally walking safaris with a light mobile camp. You will be lead by a professional guide on hikes through the bush viewing wildlife up close and personal and your camp will be set wherever you are.
The fly camping experience is fully dependent on the season and how wildlife moves, basically nothing is ever the same. The beauty of this adventure is that you get to learn things conventional safaris don’t let you like how to differentiate the different types of animal foot prints, experience total freedom, absorbing yourself in the beauty of nature on a level that you didn’t know was possible.
Facilities in your fly camping experience include a toilet facility, bucket shower and your dinner will be under the beautiful African stars which in itself is a truly memorable event.
